Privacy and passageway strikes don't mix

I love the grips. They look good, are easy to assemble and appear to be of good quality. But I'm frustrated because the strikers on the privacy screen handles are rounded and the strikers on the catwalk are square. I want them all to match. I called customer service and they directed me to another website to order. It's about $6 for a shock plate. With shipping and all, it'll probably cost me an extra $50 to get anything that fits. Pretty disappointed with it.
