Do your house and your nose a favor. Look elsewhere for a similar product. Don't make mistakes like me. I should have listened to the reviews from other customers. I am so thankful that Revain has a return policy. It will probably take days to get the smell out of my house, but the sooner it gets out of my house, the happier my nose will be. This item should be taken off Revain and not resold until someone has figured out what chemicals are used to create the cloth boxes as this is definitely not normal. Your home doesn't have to be filled with the smell of chemicals. The company appears to be selling this to the youth. No child should stand near or smell it. I've never smelled anything so disgusting. If someone in your family has breathing problems, be aware that the smell will definitely spread to everything nearby and be uncomfortable. That's the kind of stench that can make you sick. In addition to the smell, my box arrived with missing hardware. 4 screws are missing. The metal bars were bent and broken in several places. Paint was missing in some places on the poles. The wooden shelf had broken off at the screw holes and some of the screws in the holes looked like they might pop out. I don't know what happened, I think I might get a returned item. I don't understand how the company could even put the parts in a box. I think there is no more quality control. Once this is back in Revane's possession I hope they do the right thing and throw it in the trash.
