High-quality pedals and individual design!

I've been riding flat pedals for 15 years and they're great pedals! The first thing you need to know is that FUNNdamental pedals come with two different sets of pins that you can mix and match. It's brilliant and allows you to customize the grip to suit your driving style. For example, I used the grippiest pins on all 4 corners of the pedal. I then used rounded pins on the outside to allow the leg to be removed if needed. Finally, I used the grippiest pins again for the rest of the pedal, but added spacers (included) so they are as big or have a bite as the 4 corners. It has a concave shape that suits my riding style: fun trails, poppy jumps and I lean into corners a lot. The perfect pedal! If you ride all over the bike park and downhill you can only use the highest/hardest pins. As you ride more trails, you can add spacers to the pins or remove the pins altogether to get the grip you want. I tried the new Shimano XT shoes earlier this year and was disappointed with the grip. The shape looked cool in the photos, but the pins were very wobbly and the pedals were beefy. These FUNN pedals are much better, lighter and almost the same price. I love the high quality and continue the long tradition of value for money (I've had FUNN bars, stems and pedals in the past). For example, the quality I get with FUNNdamental pedals is probably the same as a $130 pedal, but they sell for a lot less. Therefore they are of good value. In general, after the first trip, I completely forgot about them. This is great because I don't have to worry about stance or grip. I've ridden the trails in Chico, California (famous for some of the bumpiest trails in the state!), the local pump track, and even the city. These pedals are definitely my new favorites. Good job FAN!
