I had to return this layer. The level does not have a manual mode as stated in the description. In terms of functionality, it's the level of pushing the envelope that's really good. Well built. I gave it 4 stars and it might have deserved 5 but as the Bosch site also mentions manual mode I can't give it a 5 star rating that would make you believe you will receive the product described. Besides, you can use it. sloping, but you've put up with an uneven board. The mount that comes with it is really good. I'll look for something similar for the level I bought (from Revain).
