Does exactly what it should.

Upgraded from a 120hp Johnson 20" shaft. 1985 on a 2014 Evinrude E-TEC 115hp, 25" shaft on a 20" transom. I had to plug the original mounting holes as the pattern is different on the new motor. The lift mount works great, but you have to drill an extra hole in the mount to access the manual lift screw.
