I was very nervous after reading other reviews as to whether this item would appear intact and wrinkle free. It was well packed. I unboxed and installed it and when I lowered it for the first time it was perfectly smooth and flat. I've been using it every few days for a few months now and it still raises and lowers perfectly at the touch of a button. I am very happy with this screen. In the early days there was an odor. We left it there when we left the house until it was weathered. A week or less has passed and now the smell, which was strong but not disgusting, is gone.
