My entire audio/video system is Sony and when it came time to replace my old Blu-ray player that was the first name I considered. First, this device is easy to install. It is small and fits perfectly on a closed shelf. The remote control is slightly smaller and better than the older model. The Netflix button is a nice touch. There are no problems connecting to WiFi. He's even earned himself a Prime membership on Revain. Today my son and I tested it out with a new superhero epic and we were both impressed. I don't have a 4K TV but it's a 55 inch screen. Nice pic! Good sound! The remote works well and passed all basic tests. Internet connection is a nice plus. I usually watch Netflix on my computer, but the device made it much more appealing to launch the TV. The directions left a lot to be desired, but they covered what needed to be covered. I like the design of the player. The old one had its own control buttons on the top of the device. They broke too easily. This new one is pretty durable. I used the included HDMI cable to connect to the amp. No problem. In general, the set is satisfactory.
