Review on CharJenPro Certified Surface Samsung Headphone by David Skyline

I was so thrilled that this product helped me edit multiple video projects on my iPad Pro (2020 release). I took a chance buying this device over other USB-C hubs as it is a newer product with fewer reviews. But I was still hoping it would be a good product. When I received the product I followed the instructions in the manual that came with the device which instructed me to go to their website and watch a video on how to install the device. I have followed all the steps to ensure there are no gaps between the device and my iPad Pro. In the video, the iPad Pro was supposed to be able to detect the device with a small blue connection icon on the iPad screen, and it appeared the hub also had a light on as it installed. To ensure proper installation, I removed my iPad Pro from its protective case, but there was no indication on my iPad that the device was installed, nor did the USB-C hub LED turn on. As a result, I couldn't use other features like transferring files from my SD/Micro SD card. I'm very disappointed that this device didn't work for me as it's a lot cheaper than other USB-C hub devices. I suspect that I have received a faulty product and I hope that it is a really good product. As for me, I'll just save some extra money and buy another USB-C hub from another company.
