This heating pad works great with my teapot. So far I love everything I've bought from them. The product arrived well packaged and nothing was broken. The only complaint I have is that it included 1 tea light which was very cheap even for a tea light. All of this was crumpled and crunchy, and there was very little paraffin on the outside. The pewter teacup was the thinnest I've ever seen. I threw it away because I don't trust him at all. Seriously, I'll buy a box of these from Walmart and they'll be better quality. 4 stars for that, not 5.
