Toyota Tundra 5.7 2017 Did Not Disappoint. I've been buying Specters since they were an unknown brand on the Universal parts shelf. I'm not sure how "cold" it is, but it's better than what my car originally had. Pros - Throttle response, smoother acceleration, a noticeable change in MPG, and a loud under-hood roar at 3/4 throttle. It was like a load had been taken off the truck. Cons - (not CAI's fault) a natural throttle body whine is now audible at certain lower throttle positions, usually for a few seconds after start up, but then stops. I would say a little earlier than 1/4 throttle. It doesn't matter, you can hardly hear it in the cockpit. The extra power and MPG make up for it.
