Normal "build" bags of this size are at least 3 mil thick. These bags aren't MIL certified, but if you can get them, they're easy to spot if you're familiar with a product of great construction and not nearly as thick. They appear to be well made. The stitching has held up to use, but I wouldn't use them for heavy duty jobs to get rid of the dirt found in places like this, which is typical use of large (50 gallon plus) garbage bags. For a liner in a regular family trash can, rubbish bin, or arbor, they can be a very suitable and economical substitute for the thicker variety found at Home Depot, Loew's at a higher price. Don't force them to do "big" jobs with rubble. They won't last long as they are too thin.
