Simple yet powerful Incident Management platform

The ability to organize cases by incident, which I believe is what allows you to drill down on specific incidents and follow up without being overwhelmed. Sometimes, it's difficult to find specific information in the database that pertains to a client. There are multiple databases for different clients, so it can be time consuming to search through them all to determine what case management information one may need or want. If I'm doing an audit/review of a client's case management system, this has been a helpful tool. It organizes incident reports into chronological order, which makes reviewing documents easier. Easy to use and has all the features that I need for my business. It is very simple to use and can be integrated with other software applications as well. The support team is always there to help you out. Nothing so far. Ekdesk offers me everything I need for my business and it is very user friendly. It helps me manage my entire case management at one place. I don't have to go through multiple softwares to get my work done.
