I would take this wobbly part to a junkyard

It's cheap plastic. Constantly"clicks". I know the GM 3400 series well, I have the original with 360,000 miles on it. This part is garbage. If you need it for emissions and need it the next day, it works in a pinch. I would not rely on this item in the long term. The continuous clicking will eventually break, sending small pieces of membrane through your vacuum system. Purchase at your own risk.
