My Dyson DC59 was starting to have problems so I took it apart and cleaned everything thoroughly. Realizing that the proprietary head was impractical to service (belt driven motor for the spindle + pressed seals) I set out to find a replacement Dyson. They were $150 back then, now they're $40. I was expecting something minimally functional from this brand of FUNTECK, instead what I got was almost as good as the original! The built-in LEDs are really cool, no gimmick. Bright enough to use at night and illuminate darker corners. He moves very well despite not using the Dyson ball. Instead, the intake manifold is flexible and rotates within its own assembly. The roller isn't the same style, but for my hardwood/tile floors, I can't complain. I would like to point out that the intake manifold looks like it will eventually crack/break with enough flex, but I expect that in years. This and the failure point could easily be repaired if that ever happened. The design itself is very solid. The price really convinced me. For $80 I bought this vacuum head plus a rotary mop head (same brand) and I'm generally very happy.
