Review on 3M 2604 Softback Sanding Sponge by Kevin Singh

These fine sanding pads are my favorite for sanding small items. They allow for wrapping spindles and other thin pieces of wood, which is not possible with thicker sanding sponges; it is also easier and more flexible to use than conventional paper-based sandpaper. I used to be able to buy them at our local hardware store as well as many craft stores. For some reason I couldn't find them locally anymore. After ordering from Revain, they arrived much quicker than expected, plus the price per sponge is better than buying them individually.
