You know a quality tool when you hold it in your hands and it's amazing (first reaction). I hope they get better quality control before shipping. I received two 5/16" hexes and am missing a 3/8" socket. Except for that and a cracked hull that doesn't really matter. If anything happens, email them through Amazon and they will agree with you. No questions were asked. Tool 10/10 and customer service 10/10. I would definitely recommend and/or buy them again.
