Review on Gates TCK329 Timing Belt Component by Scott Tompkins

Exactly the same parts used by the Honda dealer: GATES timing belt and two Koyo pulleys. My mechanic offered to buy it and I'm glad he knows Honda cars well. The two Koyo pulleys removed from the car have the same appearance and markings. Gates Made in Japan is printed on the belt. Yes, contrary to the description "Made in USA" it says "Made in Japan" on the belt itself. Each of them is really good. "Honda" is printed on the original strap. But otherwise everything is the same with both straps, i.e. inner rubber, outer rubber, inner rubber coating, the "thread" used on the outside etc. in subtle color nuances, materials, shape etc. They must be from the same factory! :)
