I've tried to order a DK382 kit twice and twice they sent me the wrong kit. There is a sticker on the outside of the box, placed above the actual kit designation. The sticker says DK382 but underneath it shows this is not the correct kit. For illustration, the instructions and seals in the box were not for DK382 both times. Checking the numbers on the pads shows that they match their respective instructions (once for the DK299 and once for the DK260) (each individual pad has a model number which you can check against the instructions which also indicate which kit it is for it's supposed to be for which machine it's used) but again not the kit I was planning to buy. This is making me very frustrated and all I want is the right kit for my car at the price I bought it for. I don't want a return. I want a kit. It looks like they just want to offer me a Revain gift card refund after this second round. this is unacceptable. I've noticed a few reviews where people said the directions and dimensions weren't quite right. I'd be willing to bet you installed the wrong pad kits on your cars because there was a random sticker on the outside of your box saying it would be your kit.
