This cable modem works great! I rented a modem from my ISP for $10/month and decided to buy my own. I hesitated for months, but only because the process of using my own modem was tedious a few years ago, with multiple visits to my ISP's shop to get the device working. However, not with this device. Installation was straightforward and all the cumbersome installation I've encountered before was absent. All I had to do was plug in a few cables and the device opened my web browser to a simple setup page for my ISP. It gave me all important data like MAC address. High speed operation in minutes and save money. I wish I had bought this Netgear CM700 sooner. It's easy to set up, delivers fast data, and is very affordable. victory in everything!
