As a home inspector I am always looking for products that will make my life easier and my workflow more efficient. This ladder does both. In addition, their company's customer service is top-notch. Getting down the stairs is a bit tricky, but a call/email to the company quickly got me "art with science" for this ladder. They were very interested in making sure I was happy and working with my gear. Once you get the hang of it, this ladder is a great tool - lightweight, compact, and seemingly well-made. Everyone is always surprised when I pull that ladder out of the car and flip/break that ladder!
