Tired of constant painful red marks on my neck from the 'shoulder strap'. I kept trying to change his position so that after a few seconds he was back on my neck. I knew the only accident I had was strangulation or decapitation. It is great! Easy to install and you can keep them on your belt forever. Now the shoulder strap actually rests on my shoulder instead of digging into my neck. I should have bought them years ago!
