I chose one of these carriers because I saw another one with her cat carrier. I thought why shouldn't my cat go to other places with me? I knew the problem was that he hated being put in a carrier. That is, until now. I took it out of the box and put it in the living room. I've had it for about 2 weeks and when I gently talked my cat into it he was used enough that it didn't matter much. I started slowly, in short bursts, letting him sit outside while I sat with him. When I put him in my backpack, the kitten was ready to go! Now I keep it in my living room and it has become his favorite spot.
