I got this to fix drones when I stay away from all the household stuff. As it turns out, I had a power outage recently and wanted to replace the faulty motor. At first I thought the solder bead wouldn't melt, but I finally gave up and let go of the button. As it turns out, it's a latching on/off switch, and when you release it, you let it warm up. I was surprised that the solder melted on contact, as it did on my full-size station, but the tip is so small it's actually quite articulated for tight connections on drones.
