This was sent to me by Revain to replace the one I bought that didn't work. I've had the exact same experience: 1. Even with my download speed over 150Mbps, the streaming video would buffer and freeze multiple times. On Revain it hung stable.2. The Ethernet response on my system was intermittent but mostly bad.3. The pages I tried to open timed out.4. Wifi was terrible even in the same room with a modem. I connected Netgear 3 times and it didn't get any better. My wife was very angry with me after spending so much money and receiving such bad service. I asked Comcast to check my lines and make sure everything was working as it should, which I knew probably did. They suggested trying their WiFi modem to see if the Nighthawk was the problem. Bingo! All my problems are gone. I'll wait a few months just to make sure everything is still working and then I'll buy Arris, that's Comcast. With all the hype and great reviews, I thought this would be the ticket, but no. There is no arguing about failure.
