The support bar has suction cups at each end. One end remains unattached. The other end was fine. Also, it's a transparent panel, so the light doesn't reflect very well. I tried placing a light behind it to see if it would glow and work like an LED but it still didn't work. I sent it back because of a defective suction cup and bought another one.
