I expected to receive the item I paid for. The box came in an Amazon box, when I got it the Scandinavian box was already open. This box had no markings other than generic Scandinavian, no MERV rating information (space for it), part number etc. I pulled the filter out, it was a regular white not blue filter with a MERV rating on it. As far as I know, this filter has the lowest rating, which is why I paid $$ for junk. I will never buy from them again. I will buy from Lennox, at least I know what I'm getting.
