good quality - kitchen and dining

I don't like the fact that after 8 minutes of cooking the center is still like raw dough and the cinnamon and sugar mixture isn't sticking to it. because they're so dry, they're easy to use, but they don't like a wet center. Maybe another recipe would work better?
