I've spent so much money on Wi-Fi, Z-Wave, Zigbee leak detectors. I had to return or replace half of these and they still didn't work! Many of them will detect the leak, but none of them will send a signal back to the app or hub. I'm so glad I finally found this solution, it works great. I only have two complaints. First: I wish there was a Wi-Fi component so I could control it remotely if needed. Second, it has a failover feature that worries me. It keeps the pump running when it's been running too long. That seems illogical. So when I first used it to pump out the water that was already there, it wouldn't turn off even when the water ran out. I had to pair it with a Wi-Fi outlet so I could turn it off and on again without going under the house. Otherwise it works like a dream.
