Quiet in terms of noise. Cons: It is clear that it’s not spikes, but Velcro, but it’s horror on ice! At 40 km / h slowed down for a very long time, the braking distance was approximately 50 m. Before that, there was a Normandy rs, it braked better on ice, also Velcro. It's not so bad on wet pavement, but it's hard to calculate the braking distance, sometimes it stops quickly, sometimes you fly away like ice.
