
The system was easy enought for my staff members who had no previous computer experience or training in order entry/management systems.

I liked how it integrated with other software applications (such as CVS). It's not intuitive so we spent too much time figuring out where things were located. We also struggled with adding new prescriptions - there weren't any instructions included at all! The program didn't seem very effective overall even though they said it would allow me to keep track of inventory levels more easily than paper records did.
