I ordered this product in February 2017, now it is November 2018. I am very disappointed with this product. I'm writing from a hotel room, amazed that this product didn't last 1.5 years. I was driving to my grandmother's funeral today and the car stopped. Luckily we were close to the church and were able to make it in time to be picked up by a family member. It added no joy to our sad day. I'm not the type of person to write reviews but thought I should voice my concerns about this product. I want a full refund for this item. If you're looking for a reliable product that won't let you down a day, look elsewhere because this isn't it. I hate that I had to write this review but I don't want to. I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through today. God bless!
