I like the interface of prime retail as it is very user friendly. The reporting system is superb. It is easy to use for retailers who want to automate all their processes. The support team is very prompt in responding to queries. There are no major downsides to this product. If you're looking for a one stop shop solution, then prime retail is just what you need. We have been using prime retail for our online store. It allows us to manage every aspect of our ecommerce website from marketing to customer service. I love the ability to create my own templates, use all of the different products, upload pictures easily, store pictures and information in one place. My only dislike is how hard it can be to find something. Prime Retail makes it very easy for me to do everything I need to do with my eCommerce website. It has made our life easier! We are able to have a great customer experience no matter where they decide to shop from.
