Perfect, looks new after 400 miles. I even spilled oil on one and was worried what it would be like, they were fine and I don't see any oil stains or burns. I used needle nose pliers to loosen the rings a bit, inserted the wires, used pliers to press the rings back closed (squeeze gently) to keep them snug on the wires (boots). It was fairly easy (20 minutes) and I have larger-than-average wires. 2001 Silverado 2500HD 6.0L. (LQ4) With decent Duralast wire. (Bigger wires than most). Tip: be calm and comfortable, don't fret about the installation, and everything will go smoothly.
