My LED headlight manufacturer (Marsauto) told me I need them for my 2004 F150. After installing my new LED headlights I was unable to use my fog lights as it would activate the headlights on my headlights. So I ordered them (Marsauto refunded me the money) and installed them last night. The connector from the relay harness to the OEM connector didn't snap into place so I had to wrap tape around it to hold it together (both sides). Once both lights were connected to the relay harnesses, I started the truck and turned on the lights only to find the passenger side headlight was off. So, while the truck was still moving and the headlights were still on, I walked over to the passenger side and started peeling the tape off the connectors. When removing the tape, the light flashed a few times, leading me to believe I hadn't squeezed them enough. Once the tape was off I tried to push them together with whatever I had to so they snapped into place, but that didn't happen (they really need to be fixed to "click" together)! I figured I would just remove the relay harnesses and contact the manufacturer if I received a bad kit. However, as soon as I removed the passenger side wiring harness and reconnected the LED headlight directly, both lights came on AND the fog lights worked as they should! Hopefully using just one won't affect it.
