Very disappointed! I ordered and had success on a previously refurbished phone. However, this 128GB iPhone 7 was advertised as unlocked, which it was. It was stated to be compatible with Verizon. This was clearly not the case. Verizon has stated that the system on this phone must be from another country whose systems are completely incompatible with those of US carriers. We spent hours going to the Verizon store just to buy a new phone. I observe. They did their best to make my repair work. Very disappointed and will never do phone repairs again.
