This helmet was well packed in a box and a nice cloth bag. Most importantly, this helmet fits my head very well. It is very important to measure your head correctly and buy the right size helmet. If you are between sizes, I would recommend choosing the smaller size. It's better to have a tight fit than a loose one. There are three front vents (two on top and one in front of the mouth area) that can be opened or closed depending on your choice of airflow. The two rear-facing ventilation openings remain open at all times. Inside the helmet is a built-in sun visor that can be lowered via an external rail. This helmet is also very light. Bluetooth is very easy to use with just one button (under the helmet in front of the chin area). One button to power on/off, same button to answer calls. I had no problem pairing it with my Pixel XL phone. This helmet had decals that looked like the controls were next to the ears, which is pretty odd. I'm pretty sure there aren't any buttons underneath. This helmet lost a star due to strong wind noise.
