I like that you can use this platform for your non-profit organization as well. The customer service is great! They are always willing to help with any questions or problems we have. It's easy to navigate through the website and it has a lot of features. The only thing I dislike about this product is that sometimes when you are trying to do something, it does not let you know what went wrong until after you've completed your task. For example, if you're trying to submit an application and you realize that you forgot to add some information, you will be unable to edit your submission until after you complete the entire process. This is helpful since it prevents you from having to start all over again. I highly recommend this software. We used to have multiple spreadsheets for our organization but now everything is in one place.
