Not all that bad, but there are minuses.

To my great regret, the active use of the NAS is associated with constant disappointment and communication with support, and this is still a pleasure.
For a year of use, I still could not understand what the NAS is good for (except that it downloads torrents quickly because of fast drives). If I made the decision to buy now, then buying a NAS would prefer a subscription to a cloud service for storing files and photos + I would buy a media player with hdmi to watch movies. All other NAS'a pribluda, for which you have to overpay, are relevant only for corporate clients. And "household" applications did not justify themselves.

Pros

The first month was interesting to delve into the settings and be surprised by unexpected nice features. Separately, I note the efficiency of support - they always respond quickly.

Cons

After a month of use, the euphoria was gone. Iron is iron, and the software is very crude. For example, the Drive application, torn from Google, at first glance has extensive functionality, but in reality it turned out to be very inconvenient. I shared the park with a photo with friends and threw a link - Drive requires each friend to install a mobile application, since it does not have a mobile web version. Automatic photo backup to the cloud through the moments app works every other time. Sometimes you go into the application and see that the last backup happened a month ago. The QuickConnect feature allows you to connect to the NAS via the Internet. But if someone watches a movie from the NAS on the TV via a media server (DLNA), then when connected via QuickConnect, the movie is interrupted. Once the QuickConnect settings crashed while I was on a trip and I could not connect to the NAS for the whole trip (well, not a long one). Such small nuances that spoil life - in bulk. To confirm my words, look at the rating of Synology applications on google play - there is not a single application with a rating higher than 3.8.

Got pros: The company of brooms does not knit! Works very fast even with HDD with tiled recording. Your applications for all occasions. Management is very "user friendly"! Some cons: Goodbye Google Photo sync, hello Google! Their native applications do not want to work with remote folders.
