I have purchased several Genie consoles over the years. This was by far the easiest thing I've ever had to program. It usually takes a few attempts with nice words 😳 before programming catches on. With this remote, however, it was done in less than 45 seconds. It really is that quick and easy to program. OK, I need to update. I have a couple of Genie 3 button remotes that work until you press the right button. I liked the first one button remote I reviewed and bought a second one for my Jeep. The second one was just as quick and easy to program as the first one I bought. Programming also took 45 seconds here. I still keep my 3 button remotes for shops etc but for my cars that was all. Super easy to program and works great. If there was a minus point, it would be sensitivity. They are extremely sensitive, the slightest touch will activate the garage door opening mechanism.
