Great Product For Lead Tracking & CRM

I liked that it worked easily with Salesforce, allowing me quickly to pull in data from an individual lead record. It also allowed all of my team members easy access without needing any additional licenses than we already had. We realized immediately how simple this could make our jobs when compared against old methods where each member was pulling up 10-15 leads per week independently via Google searches! There are many great features including exporting your list into Excel along side custom dashboards which track key KPIs like conversion rates across multiple criteria. This should be available as standard option within new customer onboarding processes. That would really improve the efficiency level if using it regularly for client prospect tracking purposes. Currently having issues keeping track of open notes regarding follow ups/notes during meetings etc after leaving the meeting but will resolve once these details begin being documented again manually instead of relying solely upon the software - very frustrating especially given there seems no way currently short of exporting directly to Outlook to capture those items so they don't fall through the cracks afterwards. It's super easy to use. You can create your own tabs to organize all of your different projects into, and you can view all of your contacts in one place. I wish it had more functions like adding notes, but that's not a big deal. I have been able to save so much time with CheetahIQ! I'm able to get my work done quickly and easily.
