Review on Effortless Cheese and Chocolate Grating with Black & Decker GG200 Electric Gismo Grater by Kim Morris

I bought this to replace my broken salad slicer (which is mostly used to grate lots of cheese) because it costs less. I charged it all the time as instructed in the instructions. The instructions also advised against putting pressure on it, as it would work better if the food was just lightly pressed against the grater. Tried with cheddar cheese, didn't work at all. Then I put some pressure on. I got maybe a tablespoon of grated cheese (I always thought it would be easier to do it by hand) and then it stopped working. Plugging in and charging didn't change anything. When I brought it back to the store the support rep advised me not to buy another one as so many were being returned. I should spend more and get a new lettuce shooter.
