Glad they sent two. I have a gravity mountain bike. For my type of bike I tried this tool but it turned out to be wrong. The largest cog was called the "Big Wheel". The bike shop removed my wheel in ten seconds with a Park-Tool FR-7, which is similar but slightly larger in diameter. If you have Dawes or Gravity, consider those if you are struggling. With that I could feel his teeth snap into place, but it was a loose feel and I ruined one of them as the tool continued to slide. However, I will say that I liked this tool and will keep it for my two Shimano freewheels.
