I like that it is easy to use, I am able to check up on patients as well as keep my records for billing very well done. The only downside, of course, is that no one can see what I write in this program. If the data was more secure and accessible, then I would love it much more so that I could be more comfortable with what I do online. It is really great! This has helped me so much! It is very easy to use; which makes it very helpful. Plus, it is affordable, as well! The best thing about this software is that it's very simple to use, so all my patients can easily access their info. I like that it has an option for the dentist to create his/her own notes for the appointments. It would be nice if there were some kind of patient portal where they could get notifications of any changes in appointment scheduling as well as payment reminders. This software helps me organize my patients' information and schedule their appointments.
