Review on NexHealth by Jake Davies

The customer service from this team has been amazing! They have gone above and beyond in helping us get up to speed quickly. I haven't had any issues yet but they were able to help me navigate through some of my questions when we first got set up. The software does not seem as robust or intuitive as other platforms out there like Centricity and Practice Fusion. It seems very clunky compared to those two. We're trying to streamline our workflow so it's easier for providers and patients to access information. This was one way to do that.
