I like the ability to schedule appointments, send text messages and emails to patients, and view their medical history. The interface could be improved by making it easier to navigate through the app. It's also difficult to access some of the features from other apps or devices. The only thing about nex health is their monthly fee which can be hard to afford in certain locations where there isn't high enough income to cover costs of using this software system so keep your cost down by getting free trial runs before you go live if possible. It's easy to use and gets my schedule out in front of me quickly. I can also see if there are any upcoming appointments or other important dates coming up. Sometimes it doesn't update right away so you have to refresh your page but they do fix this fairly often. The customer service from this team has been amazing! They have gone above and beyond in helping us get up to speed quickly. I haven't had any issues yet but they were able to help me navigate through some of my questions when we first got set up. The software does not seem as robust or intuitive as other platforms out there like Centricity and Practice Fusion. It seems very clunky compared to those two. The ability to see all of our appointments in one place! This allows us to have access at any time from anywhere which makes it much easier than having multiple spreadsheets or folders full of paper records.
