The ability to see all of our appointments in one place! This allows us to have access at any time from anywhere which makes it much easier than having multiple spreadsheets or folders full of paper records. We also love how easy they make adding new patients into your system very simple as well as seeing if you missed an appt while away. There's nothing I dislike about this program but there could be some improvements regarding notifications when someone calls/texts requesting an appt vs being able to just schedule them right then instead of needing to call back first. Also we wish that there was something similar to Google calendar integration so everyone can easily view upcoming events together in 1 location. Keeping track of my kids' medical needs has been simplified because everything now lives within their own individual accounts where we can pull up each child's information anytime without missing anything important by not looking through several different files throughout the day.
