I like the ability to schedule appointments, send text messages and emails to patients, and view their medical history. The interface could be improved by making it easier to navigate through the app. It's also difficult to access some of the features from other apps or devices. I would recommend this product to any physician who wants an easy way to communicate with their patients, schedule appointments, and see their overall patient satisfaction. I am able to track my patients' health information from anywhere in the world using the web browser version of this app. This allows me to make sure they receive their medications on time and communicate with them via text message or email.
