I like how easy it was to create an account once you have your doctor's information in place! It has been great connecting my patients through text messages or phone calls when they needed support from me - especially after hours/on weekends during COVID times!! Sometimes there can be problems if internet connectivity isn't always good so having reliable data plans would definitely help this benefit out even further.

Definitely worth considering as we're seeing growth of our clinic since starting up using NEx Health! We've seen positive results by being able reach them quickly via chat services whenever needs arise.
