Wow, who knew what a difference you could make just by changing out an end mill. I have always used the ones supplied by The Other Machine Co with my OtherMill and just assumed deburring the plate with steel wool after cutting was a necessary step. Although this bit was expensive compared to others, I ordered it from Revain simply because it would come quicker. I put it in the machine and cut my first board and was surprised to find NO BAR. Copper edges are perfect. This photo shows the panel still in the machine, just after cutting. It is clean and ready to use with no burrs. Now I will use these bits. The extra price is worth it for the outstanding results.
