UPDATE ON MY FIRST REVIEW: I received a defective item yesterday with the swivel ball joint not working properly Try to fix the problem They replaced the item free of charge and sent it via Priority UPS. I received it today. This stand is perfect and I'm very happy with my purchase. It's durable and strong. I know that's a great benefit for my 9.7" iPad Pro. I'm very happy with the responsive customer service I received I have and would highly recommend purchasing from this company. The thing fell apart on me as soon as I tried to screw in the bracket. The swivel mechanism is not working properly. As soon as I tried to screw the mount on, the ball joint mechanism fell apart. There were no instructions and it took me a while to figure out how to put it back together. But I still don't know how to put on the dropped plastic things. Shouldn't they stay to keep it more stable? There were no instructions. The 360 degree mechanism keeps rotating and is very unstable. I can't hold my iPad in either landscape or portrait mode because it keeps spinning. Also, my iPad fell out. I was very lucky that he landed on the carpet and didn't fall. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.
